Praying From Matthew Chapter 11

Jesus, today I accept your invitation for the weary and burdened to come to you for rest.

I take your yoke upon me. I am ready to learn from you.

Thank you that you are gentle and humble in heart. How I long to find rest for my soul.

As your yoke was easy and your burden was light, so let it be for me today.

28 "Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." (Matt. 11:28-30, HCSB)
